30 Days Return Policy

We accept returns within 30-days after receiving the item(s) and eligible only if  the received item(s) by the buyer is found not as described, and the item(s) returned must be in the same condition as it was received.

NOTE: in some cases,  changes of conditions, such as due to shipping transportations impacts,  are considered to be ignored due to the age of the unit.

If item received damaged by courier, please contact us first for us to initiate damage claim with the courier. 

To initiate a return authorization, please contact us at For USA and Canadians, located in main land, we provide RETURN shipping labels,  but this excludes remote places from mainland or overseas such as Alaska , Hawaii and remote Canadian territories. The process is we will send return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected for your return, and let you know right in 72 hours after receiving for processing the refund. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

90 Days Repair Warranty

We provide service warranty on repaired items sold or repair service for customers, on the specific work done in the items,  for 90 days, which is enough time to evaluate our work. This policy is eligible  if the item is not abused or damaged, or the problem is not related to work applied in the previous service.  

Service warranty might not be applicable if If item received is damaged due to shipping or transporting, please contact us first for us to initiate damage claim with the courier if damage occurred during shipping transportation. 

Repair Service 

In the list below are the terms for the repair , please contact us first for appointment before decide to drop item(s) for repair.  

*Items in service not claimed for 90 days after repair complete will be disposed at our discretion.

*Risk of failure or damage on aged, discontinued items could occur during troubleshooting and repair service, nevertheless, we apply professional precautionary measures and/or recommend a solution. 

*Initial Non-refundable deposit applies however it will be credited to full repair cost. 

*We provide 90 Days warranty on the work done.
